Circet UK Acquires Kinetic IT Limited to strengthen its data center capabilities and accelerate growth in the digital infrastructure sector
London, United Kingdom, December 15, 2025 - Circet, a global network services provider, and its UK entity Circet UK, a leading provider of network, energy, and infrastructure services across the United Kingdom and Ireland, announce today the acquisition of Kinetic IT Limited, a leading provider of specialist data center infrastructure, installation, and maintenance services to major blue-chip clients and hyperscalers.
Founded in 2010 and headquartered in London, UK, Kinetic IT delivers high-quality data center and critical environment services to some of the world’s largest technology companies. The company’s expertise spans data center design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance — supporting mission-critical environments for global hyperscalers and enterprise clients.
This acquisition marks a significant strategic step in Circet’s diversification strategy, further expanding its capabilities into the fast-growing data center sector. Leveraging Kinetic’s deep technical expertise and established client relationships, Circet will now provide a comprehensive suite of solutions across telecoms, energy, and data infrastructure — addressing the surging demand driven by cloud computing, AI, and digital transformation.
