Circet Switzerland Acquires Technik Partner to Strengthen its Leadership in Swiss Telecom Infrastructure and Expand into New Growth Markets 

 

Zurich, Switzerland - July 29, 2026 - Circet Switzerland, a leading provider of telecom and energy infrastructure services across Switzerland, today announces the acquisition of Technik Partner AG (“TP”), Switzerland’s leading specialist in FTTH in-building connectivity (Network Level 4 / NE4*) services. 

Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Zurich, Technik Partner has established itself as the No.1 player in Switzerland’s NE4 fiber connectivity segment, connecting more residential units than any other provider in the country. The company supports a nationwide customer base and has developed a long-standing strategic relationship with Swisscom, Switzerland's leading telecommunications operator, for whom it has become the leading partner for customer-driven FTTH connections. Today, more than 120 professionals support Technik Partner ’s operations across Switzerland through a combination of direct employees and dedicated subcontractor teams. 

The acquisition strengthens Circet Switzerland’s telecom offering by adding the country's foremost specialist in FTTH in-building connectivity. Beyond reinforcing Circet’s position in the Swiss telecom market and its relationship with Swisscom, Technik Partner also provides a platform to expand into adjacent infrastructure segments, including smart infrastructure, utility digitalization and transport communication networks.

*Network Level 4 (NE4) refers to the in-building segment of the fiber network - the cabling inside a building, from the building entry point to the connection socket in each residential or commercial unit.
