Circet Americas Welcomes Sunrise Telecom

This acquisition expands Circet Americas’ footprint across the U.S. and strengthens its fixed network capabilities.
Circet Americas, the U.S. holding company for Circet, has acquired Sunrise Telecom, a U.S. provider of outside plant (OSP) construction, maintenance, and network services for major broadband and communications providers.
Sunrise Telecom has built a strong reputation for high-quality OSP construction, maintenance, and network deployment services. Its long-standing customer relationships, skilled workforce, and focus on operational excellence have made it a trusted partner in broadband expansion and network modernization initiatives across its markets.
The acquisition strengthens Circet Americas’ OSP capabilities and expands its geographic reach. It also enhances Circet Americas’ ability to deliver end-to-end network infrastructure solutions across key U.S. markets, while supporting its strategy to build a scaled national platform for broadband, fiber, wireless, and digital infrastructure customers.
