A New Shareholder

Advent International becomes the principal shareholder of Circet alongside the company's management team.

On April 26, 2018, Advent International, a global leader in equity financing, finalized the acquisition of Circet from CM-CIC Investissement - ex-majority shareholder, from Omnes Capital, and from the founders and managers of the company. Through this transaction, made jointly with Circet's CEO Philippe Lamazou and his management team, the company embarks on a new stage in the development of telecommunications services in France and Europe. The ever-increasing consumption of data, the large-scale deployment of fiber-optic networks and regular investment in mobile infrastructures represent unique opportunities underpinning Circet's ambitious growth plan.
