CEIT joins Circet

With this new acquisition, Circet is expanding its presence in Italy.
Circet, the leading European network service provider, announces the acquisition of CEIT, one of Italy’s leading telecommunications network providers, whose revenue is expected to exceed €320 million in 2021. This acquisition reinforces the company’s undisputed leadership in the European telecoms infrastructure services market.
CEIT currently has nearly 1,200 employees throughout Italy and is one of the leaders in telecom infrastructure services. CEIT’s core business is telecoms, which covers construction, installation and maintenance services for fixed and mobile service providers.
